Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His hair is brown and very short. He has blue eyes and a blue hat with a black feather.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She has a long silver ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Malquis was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Calcitro grew up listening to his father's many stories. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to reunite with his old friends

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Faran's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born in the west to a Tailor, Faran learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He tends to his Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Rolen hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his youth he was a Miner, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born in a small plains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Theren took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sword and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barkeep for hire.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he's attracted to the pc

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Vicky's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vicky fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
