History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Quelenna was born the youngest of three triplets. After coming to the age of reason, Quelenna took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
