History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Marbas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born in the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Marbas's homeland. Marbas decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Detective father left him crippled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sora grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sora. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
