History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Slave Trader. She has worked as a Slave Trader like her father before her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new slave trader responsibilities is difficult

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Architect arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bather. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bather for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Spice Merchant again; and she is greedy

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oren embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Oren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He sports a flattop hair cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

History: Born to a Bricklayer, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
