Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. Her deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her brown eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Alice lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Description: He stands about 2'11" and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His brown hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. He found a children's book about a Halfling Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Layabout and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: Expand his business; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His blonde hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Drogo was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Drogo was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Drogo's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a Barber soon after.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a ceremonial dagger on his belt. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His eyes are a pleasant gold.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Skamos isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Skamos fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
