History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Balam hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Nella lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

She wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover her moderate length black crest. Her red eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
