History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Description: This malnourished woman wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. Her auburn hair is knotted and matted. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Sumnes is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Sumnes was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Lewis was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Farmer. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lewis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ivellios embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This late middle aged man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull green iron scale mail and is in decent physical shape. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down
