History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Hobart was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Carter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
