Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she tends to wear a large grey jacket. Her auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Spy business.
History: Alice was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and is pretty ugly. She has moderate length silver hair. Her amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. A true patriot, Beatrice would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his whip with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Paela was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has achieved small success as a Mortician.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a fancy green dress. Her hair is white and curly. Her silver eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kasdeya was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and revenge

Personality: Rose is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Rose was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rose's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Rose and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
