Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Glim embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He became a Ruler soon after.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hobart fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Stylist profession.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Armorer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Armorer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and revenge

She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Ermina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Farmer.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
