History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Zagga never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Malquis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age his father died while driving off some brigands. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in sword use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and a deep hatred of brigands
