After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Her first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has achieved small success as a Engraver.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Barkeep, and she later adopted a second son.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is greedy

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'9" when asserting herself. She is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around her ears. Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Hlin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: Uthemar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Uthemar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
