Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Halfling, and stands approximately 3'3". He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, and his gloved hand is found clutching a shortspear. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: Born in the south to a Butcher, Tod learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Cartwright. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. His eyes are hazel and beady.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Arnold was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Arnold's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Delebean was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Hunter father left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded.
