She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel.
