Description: She is renowned for her bright tan dresses and hats. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She keeps her silver hair in a flapper bob. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She was born into a rich family. Through the years after Elama was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Elama's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Elama was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His beige fur is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sage. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his hammer with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Uthemar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Uthemar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Uthemar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against gnolls

History: Born in the east to a Bellfounder, Duergath learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His first spouse was a Unemployed, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.
History: She was born in a small forest village. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Emen was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: Kairon is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born in a small plains village. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears an entirely blue suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 67. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Alvyn took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. After a long history of fighting, Alvyn and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
