History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Navigator born in the past three hundred years. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Fletcher mother left him crippled. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.
