Description: This woman wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. When Euphemia reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.
History: Anthony hails from a village terrorized by orcs. His childhood dream was to be a Sculptor, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Sculptor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Born to a Assassin, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
