History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Pallabar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerbo grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 63. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nirgel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nirgel. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Through the years after Morana was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Morana's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Morana and her spouse have recently divorced.
