History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of a Body Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Marbas was taken on many hunting expeditions. After coming to the age of reason, Marbas took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mortician.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is unsatisfied with his job
