Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Delebean was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright.
