Description: A middle-aged man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat, and is pretty ugly. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Cockaby hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Cockaby has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His cinnamon fur is lengthy. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 79. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was born in the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emerald. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Her eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Knight for hire.
