Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Engraver who has hired her part-time. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Neega grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Neega. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
