History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Vepar was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Vepar's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
