History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Tree lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
