History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: Born to a Bricklayer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thiala grew up listening to her father's many stories. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

A freak accident while working with his Butcher father left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything.
