Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a red vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her red boots flare out at the collars. She wears her golden hair up. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Merla took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor she uses now. She bought a pickaxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her blue crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Adventurer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Born to a Dyer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Locksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Locksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Locksmith.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Urshar reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 1. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Chay has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is an amazing painter.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Hoglik liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
