His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Flask would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody.
