Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Keyleth reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Being a Baker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Merla was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Dyer who has hired him part-time. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miner. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. She very much looks the part of a Body Guard. She has a hunchback. Her auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Body Guard born in the past three hundred years. A true patriot, Bendoo would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Bendoo was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Body Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Body Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. His hair is short and white. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Warryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
