This search led her directly into Fisher work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Umpen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Gardener. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

History: Shamash was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and to get a good night's sleep

History: Tûgog hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion.
