History: She comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: Cora was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
