Description: This dark-skinned male is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Guy reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition and is in decent physical shape. Her brown hair is still thick. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull black iron scale mail. His fur is beige and curly. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. After a long history of fighting, Great and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born in the west. A gifted student he started as a Junk Dealer, but he got bored and became a Sellsword. After a long history of fighting, Valafar and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and balancing his hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Cecily was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barber for the past few years.
