Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

She carries a battered nunchaku and tarnished scythe as well. She has styled her red hair well, parting it to the left. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 37. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: Ea was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has worked as a Fortune-teller like her father before her.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. She wears her copper crest down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Harann alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears dull white sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed morningstar, just in case. She has shaved her head bald. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Pearl will drive conversation. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Pearl was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Pearl's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Pearl and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Description: She wears professional attire. She carries a battered monstrous two handed axe and tarnished ceremonial dagger as well. Her silver hair is well kept. She has blue eyes.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Siffress was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Siffress alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Siffress fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pandjed was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
