History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Ratbag has worked very hard to control his curse. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stylist they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Barber arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She's also a talented Bricklayer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
