Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Avice isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
