History: She was born in the south. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Xanaphia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ubada was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
