Description: A pudgy woman standing about 2'11" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears long strands of sapphire and short white dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her chestnut hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: The child of a Marshal, who enjoyed hunting, Jasmine was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: She tends to wear a large brown jacket, and carries lances. Her red fur is thinning but still full. Her eyes are likewise yellow. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, blue shirt, and grey tie. He carries a battered spear and tarnished shortspear as well. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Farmer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roger grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roger. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a strong sense of loyalty to dwarven people

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her childhood dream was to be a Performer, but she was a colossal failure. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 3 years.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. She is portly but not overly obese. Her white fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She uses divination through singing.
History: Spear lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Spear was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Spear decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His chestnut hair is singed and shortened. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Hadwisa enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born in the north to a Priest, Hadwisa learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Priest.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a black shirt with thin green vertical stripes and grey pants. With bright auburn hair and a scraggly beard. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Hork and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Hork discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Hork fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
