Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Description: He wears bulky brown painted plate armor. He carries with him a set of sickles on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He has a very tight haircut. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Uraim began to lead the lost caravan. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Uraim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of goblins

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Pirithin was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shoemaker. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Dagger was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
