Through the years after Therai was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Therai's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Fletcher, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for her, and Puyet does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Puyet fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and balancing his hectic life and new body guard responsibilities is difficult

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stylist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
