History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Priest work with an outfit from a few towns over. Priest work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has worked as a Priest like her father before her.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He tends to his Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was born in the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Driindar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Driindar. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Marbas hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Marbas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
