He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Kathra alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her black hair, when down, is lengthy. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born in the south. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a nunchaku and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Born in the west to a Miner, Whurdred learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Astar was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Astar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
