Description: She wears baggy blue pantaloons and a pastel scarf, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'10" when asserting herself. She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Sariel does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Shipwright, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Shipwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her purple hair is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are black.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He became a Masseuse soon after.

Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat, and is pretty ugly. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: She stands about 2'8" and wears a white costume with the symbols of death on her torso. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. Her hair is long and golden with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small white clips. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. Being a Farmer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Shipwright father left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He wears a yellow armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He takes great joy in being the best Bricklayer in town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge
