History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Althaea and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Mormo speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Mormo lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Aust was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.
