Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's also a talented Tanner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She plays an instrument quite well.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Personality: Greeba speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He wears bulky white painted plate armor. He has a hunchback. His black hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Odorr is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. River is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 81. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Whurbin was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She hates Gnomes with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.
