Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. A freak accident while working with her Hunter mother left her crippled. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Revenge; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: A middle-aged man, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and is pretty ugly. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are silver.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and money/treasure

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She is content.

Description: She has a missing left arm. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She has wavy white hair. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Breena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Breena. She tends to her Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Stableman responsibilities is difficult; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He got into the Junk Dealer business at a young age. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Griselda took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up trident and armor she uses now. She bought a trident and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.
History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Wella learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.
Motivation: To be a Sellsword again.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He tends to his Junk Dealer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is greedy

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nákra embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Mason soon after.
Motivation: To be a Shepherd again.
