History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Criella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
