She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Katherine and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Salanop was born with her father's beautiful face. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Tailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tailor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Tailor job and began her own company from there.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
