Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Thava was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thava grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thava. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Beast grew up listening to her father's many stories. Beast abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Slave Trader and was forced into it by her family.

She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
