Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Duergath was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sailor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: She was born into a rich family. In her youth she was a Crown-heir, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His fur is cinnamon and curly. He has a dull look in his yellow eyes.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Harvest is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Harvest was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty white coat over it and is in decent physical shape. Her chestnut hair is lengthy. She has hazel eyes and a white hat with a tan feather.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Lidda's homeland. Lidda decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Being a Farmer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Kipper was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.
