Description: He is scrawny and has patchy purple stubble. He tends to wear a green poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has a hunchback. He wears his purple hair up. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines white.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thamuz fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars, and is pretty ugly. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has never given up on his writing dream.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Murook was born the youngest of three triplets. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Faran has worked very hard to control his curse. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To be a Gardener again.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Theriatis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Theriatis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: This woman wears bulky black painted plate armor, and sports empty pouches on her belt. She has done her best to style her chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
