History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
